ปรับปรุง ‘ราคากลางยา’ ฉบับใหม่ แก้ไขยาที่มีปัญหาจัดซื้อ 7 รายการ กลุ่มยาที่มีการผูกขาด 137 รายการ

ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ฉบับวันที่ 22 มิ.ย. 2564 ได้เผยแพร่ประกาศคณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบยาแห่งชาติ เรื่อง กำหนดราคากลางยา ลงวันที่ 19 พ.ค. 2564

สำหรับประกาศฉบับดังกล่าว ได้แก้ไขปรับปรุงราคากลางยา จากประกาศฉบับเดิม (ฉบับลงวันที่ 7 ต.ค. 2563) จำนวน 144 รายการ 

ทั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็นรายการยาที่มีรายงานปัญหาการจัดซื้อ จำนวน 7 รายการ ได้แก่ 
1. Tretinoin cap 10 mg
2. Estradiol gel 1 mg/1 g sachet
3. Carbomer + Cetrimide eye gel (2 mg + 0.1 mg)/1 g (10 g)
4. Balanced salt solution sol for ocular irrigation (15 ml)
5. Balanced salt solution sol for ocular irrigation (500 ml) bag
6. Balanced salt solution sol for ocular irrigation (500 ml) bottle
7. Balanced salt solution Plus sol for ocular irrigation (500 ml)

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมราคากลางยาของยากลุ่มท่ีมีการผูกขาดอีกจำนวน 137 รายการ ได้แก่ 

รายการยาในกลุ่มท่ี 3 กลุ่มยา Anti-neoplastic drugs ลำดับที่ 40, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.1 กลุ่มยา Anti- infective eye preparations, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.2 กลุ่มยา Corticosteroids and other anti- inflammatory preparations, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.3 กลุ่มยา Corticosteroids /antiinfectives /mydriatics in combination, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.4 กลุ่มยา Mydriatics and cycloplegics ลาดับที่ 2 - 7, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.6 กลุ่มยา Local anaesthetics, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.7 กลุ่มยา Tear deficiency, ocular lubricants and astringents, plain ลำดับที่ 38-40,
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 8.9 กลุ่มยา Other ophthalmologicals, 18.1 กลุ่มยา Decongestants and Other Nasal Preparations for Topical Use (corticosteroids) ลำดับท่ี 16, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มท่ี 26 กลุ่มยา Drugs for Obstructive Airway Diseases ลำดับที่ 54 – 65, 
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 48 กลุ่มยา Somatostatin analogues for Metastatic Carcinoid syndrome ลำดับที่ 5 - 6,
รายการยาในกลุ่มที่ 76 กลุ่มยา Local anesthetics ลำดับท่ี 2 - 48
